My roommate is loaning me her camera for a little bit. It was made in Germany in 1961 and has a rather interesting design to it. My roommate doesn't know if it works - so that is my first goal.

Unfilled Balloons

I was cleaning the bathroom of my new place a few days ago when I ran across a whole bunch of these multi-color balloons still in their original packaging. According to one of the other roommates - the girl that left these used to throw parties all the time in her room and would use these balloons for one of the party games. I just threw them away. I'm not a party kind of guy I guess. Or maybe I just don't need these types of balloons to party.

Yesterday at work there were two people in the building struggling with some software. They struggled for 90 minutes before coming over to the therapy unit and asking for my help. I fixed their problem in 10 minutes. They were both so grateful. One brought me in a half loaf of Pumpkin Bread. The other brought me this. I'm so happy I'm so loved.

Nina needed to go shopping for one last person so today we skipped church and headed North. On our way we stopped at Train Town (one of my favorite "theme" parks) and took a ride. I was very giddy though the experience.

One nice thing about Tuesday was having Kelley and my dad there. Kelley helped organize the cars as we loaded. My dad was in charge of organizing my new 5'X5' storage unit. He created a clothes rack out of my futon bed frame. The last bonus was Tina who brought refreshments at the right time.
Despite the reason for the event, I was really grateful for having an amazing crew. I hope I have just as an amazing crew on the day I decide to tackle my 5'X10' storage unit.

I've spent the last few weeks talking to my friend Steve. He recently bought a recumbent trike and has been telling me about adventures with it (such as wrecking the derailer in the first ride and being sidelined for a few days). It gives me a desire to take my bike out for an adventure as well, except my bike has been sittin out for the last few months, exposed to the elements. I called around today and to get someone else to get the bike up to snuff will cost me about $100 (this used to cost me $25 in Idaho - During a good economy!!). So it looks like Saturday morning I might be spending some time tuning it up myself.
