Antioch, CAI have a physical on Wednesday for my new job. Because my new job involves working with kids, I have to prove I don't have TB and that I've had all of my immunizations. I am searching my medical records to find out the answers to all of the medical conditions I've had. These are my records from age 2 - 18. The pile is 3 inches thick.
wow. i don't think i'd even know the first place to look for MY medical records...
ReplyDeleteThe only reason I have mine is because I sued three people 10 years ago and THEY requested my records. I got a copy in the process and now use it from time to time to try to figure me out.
