Honestly, that was the one bright spot about the call center: In the room upstairs where we were trained, there were some beautiful landscape prints on the walls. The places in the pictures looked like the northern Rockies: Colorado, Wyoming, etc. Very pretty - and a stark contrast to the dingy, gross, cramped room with lame computers and cigarette/BO smells. :-P
