    That doesn't look like any grasshopper I've ever seen. Come to think of it, that doesn't look like any bug I've ever seen. Be careful...it might eat your face off while you sleep.

    that isnt a grasshopper at all! its a praying mantis. they are wonderful for your garden, and eat pests, like earwigs, and potato bugs, and those little green bugs that ladybugs also eat that live on rosebushes.

    Maybe you both already know this, but that bug is actually a praying mantis. They eat grasshoppers.
