So evidently it was a little brighter out today than I thought it was. I got my first sunburn of the season. (in case you are curious about the white line, I wear a necklace that evidently blocks out the sun.) However, I did get to learn how to use (and repair) my first ditch wench today. Those are definitely awesome toys. I'm never going to trench for pipe by hand again.

Sunscreen!
ReplyDeleteSunburn is a known cancer source. Why do you think I am so paranoid about the sun? I had skin cancer before you were born and have no desire to ever get it again.
I'm not used to it being this sunny this early in the year. It's still snowing in Rexburg. That's what I'm used to. I work in an office all day so I don't know what it's like outside, but I promise, from here on out I'm wearing sunscreen.
ReplyDeletei have to admit, that is the one thing about idaho i dont miss. if i had been playing outside up there as much as i have been down here, i would be all sunburnt too. this way, i can play outside for a couple hours at a time, and not worry about comming home bright lobster red with racoon eyes.
