Bahia, CAEven though there is obviously a road that would have gotten me closer, this is the best I could do. The nice man with the gun standing next to the unmarked government truck told me I could take as many pictures as I wanted as long as I stayed where I was.
These boats are part of the reserve fleet located in Suisun Bay.

I took this picture on my way home from applying to teach high school on a Air Force base near by. Just as I was leaving the base a big (BIG) cargo plane came in for a landing. I tried really hard to get a picture for you, but to no avail. I'm glad the boats made up for it.
