    did your appartment get termites, or is that somewhere else, and your just helping out with it?

    No, my apartment is fine. It's my friend Harold - his mom's house got termites. She's owned the house for 60 years and this is the second time the house has had termites, so instead of just doing patch work, this time we took it down to the studs.
